Radical Mentoring Ripples
How do you give an established mentoring organization a new direction?
Campaign and ongoing client work
My contributionI developed the campaign and made the films myself, from story development through shooting and editing.
The next chapter was already in his story.
Radical Mentoring had a new leader and needed a clearer direction for video. As I got to know the organization, I learned that its new president had once been mentored by its founder.
That investment in one person had carried forward into other lives, and now into the leadership of the organization itself. Ripples gave us a way to tell that story through the people whose lives had been shaped by mentoring.
Start with the right questions.
I built the interview around Pete’s introduction to mentoring, his experience with Regi, and the work he carries forward today. One person’s story became a way into the bigger idea.
